Daniel I. Schwartz

​​Dan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, specializing in culinary arts and hospitality management. He has been in hospitality in one way or another since he was 16 years old.
 
In his career, Dan has worked for Justin Smillie and Stephen Starr’s Upland, Nick Anderer and Danny Meyer’s Marta, the Manursing Island Club, and Floyd Cardoz’s Paowalla. His passion for food and service has been refined through seeing many different approaches to professional hospitality, and the experience gained allows a unique perspective and approach to creating a perfect party.
